１、対面集会 Face-to-face Report Meeting （5/20 13:00~）

１－１、会場の段差とトイレについて About Hall and Restrooms

・歩道から会場の103号室まで特段の段差はありません。
・103号室内に段差はありません。
・103号室の中に入って奥のトイレ(全2室)が、性別区分なしの個室(車椅子使用者には非対応)となっています。
・会場近く（1階）に車椅子使用者対応のトイレ（性別区分なし）が一箇所あります。向かって便座の左側にスペースがあります。
・会場近く（1階）のその他のトイレは女/男別になっています。

・There are no hard differences in level from the sidewalk to Room 103.
・There are no differences in level in the room 103.
・There are two restrooms in the back of Room 103, which are gender-neutral private rooms (not suitable for wheelchair users).
・There is one gender-neutral restroom for wheelchair users near the hall (1st floor). There is a space on the left side of the toilet seat.
・The other toilets near the hall (1st floor) are separated for women and men.

１－２、記録・撮影について　About recording and filming

・この集会では、主催者が記録のために撮影・録音を行います。
・記録した写真・映像は、集会の報告のために公開する可能性があります。
・ご自身が写っている写真・映像の確認を希望される方は、撮影者までお声掛けください。希望があれば、モザイクを掛けることもできます。
・ご自身での記録のための写真撮影を希望される方は、写る人と事前にコミュニケーションを取った上で、お願いいたします。

・The organizer will take pictures and record this meeting for recording purposes. The recorded photos and videos may be made public for the purpose of reporting the meeting.
・If you would like to check the photos and videos of yourself, please contact the photographer.
・If you wish, we can censor them.
・If you wish to take photos for your own records, please obtain prior consent from the person in the photo.

・司会進行は日本語により行われます。
・登壇者は英語ないし日本語で話します。
・この集会における登壇者の発言内容は、紙媒体で参加者に配布します。一部を除き日本語版と英語版を用意しています。
・可能な対応については、お早めに主催までお問い合わせいただけると幸いです。

・Moderator will be in Japanese.
・Appeal will be conducted in Japanese or English by the speaker.
・The content of the speakers’ remarks at this meeting will be distributed to participants in paper them.
・We will hand out almost all manuscripts and materials in English.
・We would appreciate it if you could contact the organizer as soon as possible to ask for possible requests.

２、オンライン集会 Online Report Meeting （5/22 13:00~）

オンライン集会はyoutube liveで13:00~15:00の予定です。

・動画での登壇内容には日本語と英語の字幕が付きます。

・Japanese and English subtitles will be provided for the speeches in the video.

３、オンライン交流会 Online Networking Sessions （5/22 16:00~）

16:00からは事前に申し込んで頂いた方々とのオンライン交流会をZOOMにて行います。
From 4PM, there will be an online conference with those who have signed up via ZOOM.

３－１、オンライン交流会でのルール Rules

・録音・録画は禁止です。
・交流会中に出た個人名は、本人の同意が取れない限り口外禁止です。
・交流会では、各自名乗りたい名前を名乗ってください。表示名は、名乗りたい名前に設定してください。参加者は、お互いアカウント名以外では呼ばないようにしてください。
・差別発言、荒らし行為は、主催判断で口頭注意、退室してもらうことがあります。
・ここで話したことは、秘密が完全に守られる訳ではないので、各自出してよい情報をコントロールしてください。（顔出しなど）
・初めは、出来るだけビデオをONにしてください（通信状況によりビデオOFFにしてもらうこともあります。）顔は映さなくても良いです。
・同じ人が続けて長時間発言しないようにしてください。
・交流会の参加希望者が多数おられる場合は、ミーティングルームを複数個に分けて開催する予定です。

・Please use the name you want to use at the meeting. Please set your display name to the name you want to use. Please do not call each other by anything other than account name.
・We will not be able to protect the confidentiality of what is said here, so please control what information you are allowed to give out.
・In the beginning, please turn on the video as much as possible (you may be asked to turn off the video depending on the communication situation). You do not have to show your face.
・Please try not to speak for too long a time.
・If there are many people who wish to participate in the gathering, we plan to divide the meeting room into multiple rooms.
